Order Processing Times
As a small, family-run business, we don't keep normal business hours and often work nights and weekends to fill orders. Don't be surprised if you see a shipping confirmation in your inbox at midnight!
We strive ship all orders as quickly as possible, most often within one business day. Orders can may take an extra day or two to process on days with a high number of orders, especially around the holidays.
We may offer new products on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items will need to be made before they ship, typical production time is 6-8 weeks but this can vary depending on the number of orders we get. If you order other in-stock items with your pre-order but, your order will not ship until any pre-order items are completed. If you are unable to wait, please place separate orders.
Shipping to US Addresses
Shipments to US addresses will be made by USPS or UPS®. We offer flat-rate standard shipping to US addresses based on total order amount as shown below. Expedited shipping rates are weight-based. Luckily, many of our products are lightweight and we ship from the central US, so our shipping rates are very reasonable.

Shipping to Canada Addresses
Shipments to Canada addresses will be made by USPS or UPS®. Shipping time and cost will be calculated during checkout at www.hairacter.com. Standard and Expedited shipping rates are weight-based. Luckily, many of our products are lightweight and we ship from the central US, so our shipping rates are very reasonable.
